TERMS OF SERVICE
Tickets purchased online are non-refundable and non-transferable, however, with twenty-four hours notice (parties of ten or less) may change the date of your visit with no penalties. Parties of ten or more must cancel a minimum of 48 hours in advance to change your reservation date. You may also elect to receive a credit in our gift shop equal to the amount of the tickets purchased.
Special consideration is taken for tickets purchased online when bad weather conditions cancel flights prohibiting you from using the purchased tickets. A minimum of 8 hours notice prior to showtime is required for a ticket refund or 24 hours notice to change the show date.
Please note: Policies for group reservations are not the same as for tickets purchased online at alcapones.com. Please refer to your group contract for group sales refund policy.
By booking your tickets online you will save 50% off regular cost of tickets, however, only online discounts are allowed. Printed coupons are NOT valid with online tickets. Only discounts specifically indicated will be applicable to online ticket purchases. All online discounts are applied at time of ticket purchase during check out.
Tickets purchased online receive preferred seating subject to availability. The earlier you book tickets online the better seats you will receive. The date your reservation is booked will help determine where your seats will be. We do not book your exact seats when tickets are booked, but you will receive preferential treatment based on the date of booking. We complete our seating chart the day prior to the show date. You will receive an email confirming your reservations and you will exchange that confirmation at “will call” for your actual tickets for security reasons.
Terms of Gift Shop Items/Products Purchased Through AlCapones.com:
If you are not completely satisfied with your Capone’s Dinner & Show gift shop online order, we will be happy to exchange or accept a return of the item within 14 days. There will be a re-stocking fee charged for any merchandise that is returned.
Products that are returned or exchanged must be unworn, in their original condition and still have all tags and/or stickers attached. Please include our Product Return Form that was shipped with the order and the sale receipt. If you did not receive a form, you can download one here. Link will download as a Microsoft Word document and requires a separate program to access. If you require an html version of this form, please contact us.

Should you receive an item that was damaged due to a crushed box, please call or email us so that we can file a claim and instruct you on how to handle the damaged product(s). Please do not ship us an item that was damaged due to shipping!
If you are exchanging an item, we will be happy to ship the new product to you through UPS ground at no charge within the US. Any persons wanting an exchange outside of the US will have to pay all shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return/exchange is due to our error.
Refunds will be submitted 7 to 14 business days after we have received the item for return; and it will be in the same form of payment that was originally used.

- Two-day shipping orders are shipped via FedEx (we cannot ship to APO, FPO or P.O. Box addresses).
- US Postal rates and insurance subject to change.
- Customers requesting a Physical Shipment to any EU country WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for any VAT and Broker Surcharges charged by the carrier - generally 15-17% of the order value – payable at the time of delivery.
